All vendors are contractually obliged to maintain strict confidentiality of user data and have agreed not to disclose such confidential information to unauthorized. Access to the user data is limited to the person who is in charge or required to work on the document. We also assure compliance with applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information and promise to handle Customer's personal information with great care.
We hereby expressly disclaim all liability for any and all actions taken by us in response to a breach of the T&Cs committed by you.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. A valid reason with receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund. Refunds are only available if the service has not been fully delivered or utilized. If the service has already been completed, refunds may not be granted.
Services that have been fully executed and delivered as per the agreement. Administrative fees or charges that are stated as non-refundable in the initial agreement.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund with 7 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within a certain number of days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment with next 120 days.
